Welcome to the CVC Spring Corporate Website. Here you can find all the details about our company and the services we provide, along with a small sample of some of the products that we have manufactured over the years for different sectors, including automotive, industrial machinery, white goods and more.
Services
We have all of the latest CNC bending machinery from manufacturers BUCH and TBE.
This enables us to make a wide range of products to customer specifications using wire of between 2 and 7 millimeters in diameter made of materials such as stainless steel, different iron alloys, galvanized steel etc.
We have two modern presses available (60 and 100 tons) for cold-stamping metal parts.
We offer a degreasing service for metal parts using top of the range ultrasound and high-temperature steam machinery.
The range of features on these machines means that we are able to work on parts with widely differing shapes and materials, mainly for the automotive and white goods sectors.
At CVC Spring we also offer a cutting service for straight rods.
We have two wire cutting machines to carry out this service. One is for straightening and cutting diameters of 2.5mm to 5mm with lengths of up to 1000mm and the other is for straightening and cutting diameters of 5mm to 8mm with lengths of up to 400mm.
Presentation
CVC Spring was founded in 1988 as an auxiliary supplier company for the automotive sector.
Gradually, we diversified our activity into other sectors, including white goods, industrial machinery and agriculture.
In 2008, we moved to the town of Zaldibar in the Biscay region of Spain, where our main activity centers on wire forming in a wide variety of materials and the degreasing of metal parts.
