WIRE FORMING

There are four wire benders from the BUCH and TBE brands that allow their use on wires from 2 to 5 mm in diameter and materials such as stainless steel or ferrous materials of all types (galvanized iron, etc.).

For the manufacture of these products, drawn wire from 2 to 5 mm in diameter in different qualities is used (stainless steel, galvanized, low carbon steel, etc.).

The range of products in this area goes from straight pieces cut to different sizes and diameters to wire pieces formed using 3D machines from a plan provided by the client.

The main sectors for which the products are intended are the appliance or white goods sector, which includes rods for ovens and glass-ceramic light bulbs; the automotive sector, among which seat manufacturers stand out; machinery sector where vending machine manufacturers stand out; and the agricultural sector with the manufacture of galvanized wire parts for vineyards and trellises.
