CEEVER DEGREASING MACHINE
It is an industrial washing machine that washes with water-based products free of salts (environmentally friendly) at low temperature (energy saving) and without the need for rinsing (reducing cycle times).
Machines with this technology are not only recommended for final washings, but are also designed for inter-functional or, more generally, when the parts to be washed are complex with diversified shapes and dimensions, equipped with many blind holes or special through holes.
Structurally the machine is composed of a horizontal cylindrical washing chamber which houses a rotating basket-door, a washing tank, a synthetic microfibre distiller to remove the oil and a distiller to complete the regeneration process of the washing solution.
The washing cycle is based on a spraying phase and an immersion phase with strong agitation of the detergent solution. The degreasing action can also be complemented with the use of ultrasound. In this mode, the chemical action of the degreasing product is combined with the mechanical action of the jets. The combined action of the highly concentrated liquid and the rotation of parts on their own axis favours the washing of all oily residues, but especially the treatment residues.
Finally, air drying and vacuum drying follows.
This machine is used to wash various types and sizes of parts of different materials, although it is normally used for the cleaning of larger parts.
